These terms apply when you use the Swift Taxis website, contact us or request a taxi or private hire booking.

Bookings

Bookings are subject to driver availability and confirmation. A booking is not guaranteed until Swift Taxis confirms the details.

Prices and quotes

Prices may depend on pickup location, destination, time, waiting time, traffic, parking, airport charges, luggage and special requirements. Airport prices shown on the website are guide prices from Shepton Mallet and should be confirmed before travel.

Passenger responsibilities

Passengers should be ready at the agreed pickup time, provide accurate journey details and treat the driver and vehicle respectfully.

Waiting time and delays

Waiting time may be charged where a passenger is late or additional waiting is required. Airport, train and traffic delays should be communicated as soon as possible.

Cancellations

Please cancel as early as possible. Cancellation charges may apply where a driver has already travelled or allocated time for the booking.

Luggage and special requirements

Please tell us in advance about large luggage, child seats, extra stops, accessibility requirements or any special journey needs.
